Baby Bears
6 weeks – 15 months
Our Baby Bears are so important to us and their quality of care and attention is paramount. Nurturing these little ones from six weeks is an art and we do it well. At this age, they are just starting to experience the wonders of the world. Baby bears love the protection and care from Mumma Bear feeling safe in every way.
Cheeky Monkeys
15 months – 2 years
Jungle Cubs Cheeky Monkey (little toddlers) room is a magical wonderland of learning! The children are starting to understand what is happening in the world around them. Our program is planned and created to capture their developmental needs and interests. At this age, they focus on building their fine and gross motor skills, developing their language skills and attention spans.

Magical Meerkats
2 years – 3 years
Wonder, amazement and creativity abound at this age for Jungle cubs Magic Meerkats in our Junior Kindy room. Here through creative play-based learning, they find a new range of skills and development.
Curious Tigers
3 years – 4 years
Our Curious Tigers in the kindy room program is set up to prepare your child for the Pre-Prep Room. In a fun, interesting and inviting way, your child will learn early literacy concepts. These include the alphabet, early phonics (sound and recognition of letters), and pre-writing skills.

Clever Lions
2 years – 3 years
We run an approved kindergarten program. The curriculum is based on the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework which gives our little ones a strong sense of identity, connectedness with the world, a strong sense of well-being, active learning abilities and communication skills.
The Baby Bears Program
Our baby Jungle Cubs room is full of exploration, wonder and curiosity. We create an environment that both nurtures and creates a stimulus to enhance the developmental milestones of the individual children. Daily activities are planned to cater for both individuals, group interests and needs.
We understand how important it is for your child to build a secure attachment to familiar educators that are warm and loving. They ensure that your bundle of joy will be with a familiar educator all day long!
Our highly trained educators will treat your child as their own, following your child’s routine to ensure it stays consistent.
We know how important their developmental milestones are to you. Therefore, we will provide you with videos and photos of your little treasure throughout the day so that you won’t miss a bit of it! Introduction of play learn techniques every day allows them to gently experience new things whilst enjoying the social side of having lots other baby bears to mix with.
The Cheeky Monkeys Program
Our highly trained educators work with each child to develop a broad range of interactions and skills. They will track your child’s developmental milestones and create individual and group activities to enhance their learning.
The educators use music and movement and use puppets with storytime to help increase your child’s language skills and vocabulary. Painting and play-based learning fill’s time every day. We plan a range of interesting, fun and challenging outdoor activities for your child to build gross motor skills such as climbing, jumping, hopping and balancing.
Our experienced educators will start teaching your child self-help skills such as toilet training and self-feeding.
The Magical Meerkats Program
Our highly trained educators will provide learning experiences that will track your child’s interests, needs and abilities. In this room, the Meerkats learn through engaging in art learning experiences that will allow your child to develop their creativity, and science, introducing the amazing world around them, self-expression and a range of fine and gross motor skills as they use a range of art materials and tools.
Your child will also learn a range of social skills such as sharing and taking turns with others. Their communication skills are expanded and they will enjoy social learning experiences such as playing dressing ups, having tea parties and engaging in a socio-dramatic play where they mimic the roles of others (playing doctors, mummies and daddies etc.)
Your child will learn early mathematical concepts such as shape and colour recognition, sorting and classifying objects and learning to count through songs and rhymes.
The Curious Tigers Program
Our Curious Tigers begin to engage in circle time where they will listen to stories. From this, they learn early literacy skills such as comprehension and how to retell stories using picture cues. At this age, we create fun ways to improve and grow communication skills through ‘Show and Tell’. Show and Tell is where they learn to talk to their peers confidently and how to ask others relevant questions.
They will conduct inquiry-based learning in science which allows them to ask questions and find answers to topics of interest. Through these inquiries, they will learn to work together with others, take turns, share information and develop higher-order questioning skills.
Your child will also learn about early mathematical concepts such as sorting, matching, classifying and counting. The educators in this room will encourage your child’s self-help skills and independence.

What is the Approved Kindergarten Program?
Our Kindergarten program runs from 8am to 4pm, Monday – Friday. This session is only for our Kindergarten children. We have a qualified Early Childhood Teacher who runs this program with a 1:8 Ratio in place so every child receives the attention and support they require.
Our Curriculum
The curriculum is based on the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework which gives our little ones a strong sense of identity, connectedness with the world, a strong sense of wellbeing, active learning abilities and communication skills.
The Continua of Learning and Development
Using the Continua of Learning and Development throughout the year to help our educators address your children learning and where they are in all aspects.
Transition Statements
Transition Statements are used to understand a child’s learning progress.
If given permission to share from yourself, we will share the statement with your school of choice, to foster a discussion around your child’s learning progress and support their transition into school to continue their success.
