Currently, we are looking for a confident trainee room assistant to work with our Lead Educators who is open to all ages. This position offers the flexibility of part-time initially from 7.5 hours with the opportunity of a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week available to work with existing staff.

Running at full capacity, we require an additional programming cover person with a diploma or Cert 3.

This 5-day-a-week position offers the opportunity for a permanent part-time or full-time position.

The Desired Qualities We Look For
- We require you to hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Cert 3, and
- for you to have experience working with children.
- You are a passionate, knowledgeable, caring, and high-quality educator with
- a desire to genuinely make a difference in children’s lives.

- Confident communication (with children, parents, and other staff members)
- The ability to discuss programs, children’s needs, changes in routine, and developmental challenges with children’s parents
- A desire & ability to work as a team to create exciting and entertaining play-based education
- Experience maintaining health and safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring all risks are minimized
And holds…
- Diploma of Early Childhood or
- Cert 3 of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- A sound, practical working knowledge, and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
- A Current Blue Card
- First aid and CPR certificates
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis
